A Decade of Excellence and Service
The Vellore Civil Engineers Association was formally inaugurated on 26th January 2016 by Dr. R. Nandagopal, I.A.S., District Collector of Vellore District. The association was officially registered under the Registration No. 10/2016.
At the time of its installation, the leadership team consisted of:
President: Er. K. Venkatesan
Secretary: Er. M. E. V. Velraj
Treasurer: Er. V. S. Arjunan
Since its inception, the association has played a pivotal role in fostering professional development, technical collaboration, and community engagement among civil engineers in the Vellore region.
Over the years, the association was led by:
Er. N. Sakthivelu, who served as President for three years and as Secretary Er. P. Jayakumar and as Treasurer Er. J. Uthamaseelan
Er. P. Saravanan, who took over and led the association for two years as President and Er. R. Harikrishnan as Secretary and Er. K. Loganathan as Treasurer.
Marking a decade of dedicated service, the association welcomed its new leadership team on 9th July 2023:
